How to Make Oklahoma Onion Burgers
For my online Food Science Class, Here’s how to make a truly delicious burger. I was inspired by Kenji Lopez-Alt @JKenjiLopezAlt and borrowed a lot from his New York Times article www.nytimes.com/2022/07/19/dining/oklahoma-onion-burger-recipe.html Apparently he just make a RUclips vid on this so please check it out: ruclips.net/video/n-uh21ywBkA/видео.htmlsi=Nk-jqtPzKsFItPUE Also these burgers were popularized by George Motz @georgemotz1503 so check him out too. I’m coming to Hamburger America to try one of yours this summer George!

    What formula did you use?🤔 ,Also can you tell me why mass is same as weight on earth? I m seriously having that doubt for ages😢. By the way awesome video man, keep up the good work 😊

    • @andrewteachervideo
      @andrewteachervideo 3 года назад

      No formula for now. My students need to figure it out. Weight is a measure of mass on Earth. The earth pulls on your mass such that the resulting force is your weight. Gravity will pull more or less on other planets so you will weigh more or less but your mass remains the same ( meaning the collection of matter that makes up you hasn’t changed regardless of the planet you are on)
